The story of Nethran is a comic-format awareness resource designed to help teachers and students in mainstream schools understand the unique needs of children with deafblindness. It portrays Nethran, a child with both hearing and visual impairments, who learns to navigate his school life independently with the help of assistive devices, tactile cues, calendar systems, and support from peers and teachers. It demonstrates how inclusive education can be made effective through orientation, empathy, and adaptive methods like tactile sign language and objects of reference.

This resource aims to inspire inclusive classrooms and foster a better understanding of how children with multiple sensory impairments can participate and thrive alongside their peers.
