A movement based exercise poster that aims to improve mobility and coordination.

Sport and physical activity has an important role to play in enhancing overall physical and mental wellbeing. This poster demonstrates nine sensory, inclusive and accessible exercises, including adaptations to make the exercises easier, harder or more sensory, top tips, and suggested wider outcomes.

These exercises have been designed for people with complex disabilities, but can be enjoyed by anyone, of any age, anytime, in any space.
