This resource documents learning and recommendations from a project in Uganda fostering the inclusion of young people with deafblindness in vocational skills training programmes.

The Disability Inclusion Insight Series, created by Light for the World, focuses on the inclusion of persons with disabilities in livelihood training and economic development. This learning paper looks at the lessons learned from a project run by Sense International Uganda. The project is focused on including young people with deafblindness in formal skills training programmes. It includes short case studies, guidance on providing skills training to learners with deafblindness, and tips for engaging parents and guardians.
